Backed by ODL's Manufacturer Warranty
Every doorglass and blind we sell is backed by ODL's manufacturer warranty — here's what's covered.
Doorglass Warranty
- 20-year warranty on the insulated glass unit
- 1-year warranty on all other components
- Lifetime warranty on FiberMate®, FiberPro®, and High Performance® frame materials
- 5-year warranty on PVC frames (Canadian-built)
- Applies to the first purchaser; does not cover shipping damage, improper installation, or product installed in sloped glazing or extreme heat/moisture conditions
Blinds + Glass Entry Doorglass Warranty
- 20-year warranty on the insulated glass seal and blind operation
- Covers the enclosed blind mechanism and external controls attached to the glass
- Same exclusions as the standard doorglass warranty (improper installation, shipping damage, extreme conditions)
Add-On Blinds Warranty
- 5-year warranty from date of purchase
- Covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use
- Must be installed on a plastic window frame on a steel or fiberglass entry door
- Does not cover glass breakage, improper installation, or modifications to the product
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of discovering a defect, with a description of the issue, product size and design, and proof of purchase. Labor, shipping, and removal/installation costs are not covered under these warranties. Contact us and we'll help you start a claim.
